Ten Nights in a Bar-Room

Fine Arts Building Cellar Theatre (Room 55)
Ten Nights

Directed by Dina Canup

In honor of University Theatre's 80th anniversary season, the Department of Theatre and Film Studies with the Thalian-Blackfriars presents a staged reading of the famous 19th-century temperance melodrama by William Pratt (based on the T.S. Arthur Novel and with "new gags and business" by Wilson T. Bennette). In 1932, Ten Nights in A Bar-Room was the first production of University Theatre's first official season 80 years ago.

Suggested donations of $3-$5 will go to purchase a seat in the Fine Arts Theatre for our founding department head and director Edward Crouse.
