In-Person Psychological Safety Workshops

PSW_Mar25
Room 115 | Fine Arts Building

Two in-person Psychological Safety workshops will take place from 9:10am-10:00am and 10:20am-11:10am on Monday, March 25 in room 115 of the Fine Arts Building. This workshop is a prerequisite for the "Dialogues Across Differences" workshop being held later in the afternoon

The workshop focuses on exploring psychological safety and interpersonal dynamics in an academic and professional setting. Participants will enhance their comprehension of their responsibilities in establishing an environment that promotes trust, teamwork, and transparent communication. Psychological safety forms the basis for favorable interpersonal dynamics, nurturing an atmosphere conducive to trust, open dialogue, conflict resolution, inclusivity, and team unity. The strength of interpersonal relationships influences the overall psychological safety of a team or organization. These two concepts are linked and play a vital role in cultivating a positive academic and work setting.
