Image: Below you will find information about auditioning for the Spring 2026 leg of UGA Theatre's theatrical season: Kingdom directed by Dr. Vivian Appler, Arwa Abdelrahman's New Georgia Group Award-winning The Finest Hour, and Sense & Sensibility, directed by guest artist Rachel May (Co-founder and Producing Artistic Director, Synchronicity Theatre) In addition to auditions for our seasonal offerings, there will be a button below for those interested in auditioning for First Semester: A Musical, undergraduate Wyn Alyse Thomas's original play and directed by Bianca Cardona that has been selected to perform at this year's Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival's Region IV in Montgomery, Alabama. FIRST SEMESTER: A MUSICAL Audition Schedule & Preparation Auditions are on Thursday, October 23rd & Friday, October 24th from 5:30 to 9:00 in Room 352. Auditions are open to all UGA students at any level and regardless of major. Fill out your audition information form and submit. All audition forms are due by Thursday, October 23rd, by 1 pm: Spring 2026 audition form Pick a time slot for your audition: Spring 2026 audition time slot Bring 3 copies of your resume & headshot. You will hand these to each director. Have a 1 to 2 minute contemporary monologue with heightened language. Please see the audition notices for any specifics the directors are looking for in the audition. There is a virtual audition option for the 3 mainstage productions. You will upload your video on the audition form. The deadline to upload your virtual audition for the mainstage productions is Thursday, October 23rd, by 1 pm. Callbacks Schedule All students have to be physically present for callbacks. A virtual option is not available. Kingdom callbacks will be held on Sunday, October 26th, from 1 to 5 pm in Room 115. New Georgia's The Finest Hour callbacks will be held on Sunday, October 26th, from 3 to 7 pm in Room 352. Sense & Sensibility callbacks will be held on Monday, October 27th, from 6 to 10 pm in Room 352. First Semester callbacks will be held on Monday, November 3rd, from 6 to 10 pm in Room 115.
